DIPLOMA IN PASTRY AND BAKERY MANAGEMENT

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The major objective of this course is to produce highly competent manpower in the Pastry and Bakery section with modern, international, practical and theoretical skills in managing pastry and bakery businesses.

The program is designed for students to master pastry and bakery techniques. It acts as a passport into an exciting and dynamic career in pastries.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Two best done of food and Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, Entreprenuership, geography and fine art

FEES STRUCTURE

Tuition and functional fees for Ugandan students – 732,300/= per semester

Tuition and functional fees for international students – 992,000/=

Development fee – 200,000/= paid once

Welfare fees:

a) Resident students: (Accommodation and meal 750,000/= per semester

b) Non resident students 150,000/= (lunch)a day per semester
