Duration: Two(2) Years
- Minimum Requirements:
Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes. or its Equivalent
Certificate in hotel operations(CHO)
The trainee will be able to:
• Demonstrate practical competences in the core vocational skills of Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverages Service.
• Apply technical/operational skills in Hotels, Restaurants, Guest Houses, Inns and other facilities to the satisfaction of customers.
Certificate in Pastry and bakery (CPB)
Demonstrate practical concepts in baking and methodology through hands-on development and sensory analysis of baking and pastry products.
certificate in tour guiding and driving(CTGD)
The course is aimed at equipping trainees with practical competences to demonstrate the core vocational skills of Tour guiding, Motor Vehicle maintenance and Driving and interpretation of tourism resources and facilities.
